Happy Memorial Day

Thanks all those who have served our country and who have given so much to our country.  Today have been quite and I have had some time to visit some of my favorite blogs. So I was looking at Mojo Monday blog to see what was new, it has been a couple of weeks since I stopped by.  Last weeks sketch caught me eye on Mojo Monday

Use your stash blog hop ---- Medal Embellishments

So glad you are visiting my place and if you hopped over from Shirley's Blog    -you are on the right track. This month we are featuring metal so this is what I came up with and also giving a little sneak peak for the June SOTM.

Shhhhhh. Don't say anything, please. I work with a very sweet young lady who is getting married in July and this is what I'm giving for a wedding gift., A set of handmade thank you cards with purple. She loves all shades of purple. I had so much fun making them, When I started I was just looking for a style, some idea and before I knew it, I was working away and this is what the finished product is.
